SCP (Special Component Plan)

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
   1. Caste Status: Scheduled Castes
   2. Annual Family Income: Maximum Rs. 1,50,000/-
   3. Age:18 to 50 years
   4. Caste Certificate: Certificate issued by Sabhapati or Block Development Officer is eligible.
2. PROVISION FOR FINANCE
   1. Project Cost: Maximum Rs. 30,000/-
   2. Subsidy: 50% of the project cost and Rs. 10,000/- whichever is less.
   3. Term Loan: Rest of the project cost after consideration of subsidy.
   4. Rate of Interest: 3%
   5. Basis of Implementation: Both in group & individual.
3. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
   1. Bank Account No. having IFSC Code.
   2. Aadhaar No.
   3. Income Certificate issued from Chairman, Municipality/ Pradhan of Gram Panchayat
   4. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (not compulsory)
   5. Caste Certificate issued by Chairman, Municipality/ Sabhapati, Panchayat Samity are also acceptable.
